
Jacob Spallino

Jacob started dancing at the age of 14 with his local competition studio Dynamic Movements. During his first year of dance he was accepted to the Governor School for the Performing Arts. While in Governor School he worked with exceptional companies and choreographers from around the country. During his time in Governor School, he discovered his love for choreography and in his senior year was awarded multiple choreographer awards for his work. Wanting to further his dance career he attended Virginia Commonwealth University where he got the chance to enhance his technical and choreography skills with artists and teachers such as Scott Putman, Melanie Richards, Martha Curtis, Christian Von Howard, and Courtney Harris. After he graduated he returned to his home studio where he received multiple awards for his choreography such as: Top Score of the day, and Best Choreography. Recently he was a part of the Todd Rosenlieb Dance Company as apprentice. After his first season he moved to New York to pursue his passion in dance and choreography.
